General Sir Andrew Gregory Portrait by Simon Taylor

General Sir Andrew Gregory

This portrait was commissioned by the Royal Horse Artillery 1st Regiment. Gen Sir Andrew is a former commanding officer and Honorary Colonel, and will hang in the Officers Mess alongside portraits of other former commanding officers.

It was a great honour to be awarded this commission, as the Sir Andrew Gregory is currently the Master Gunner St James' Park, and also the Controller SSAFA, the armed forces charity.

The painting is acrylic on canvas measuring 36 x 27 inches.

General Sir Timothy Granville-Chapman Portrait by Simon Taylor

General Sir Timothy Granville-Chapman

This portrait was commissioned by the Royal Horse Artillery 1st Regiment. Gen Sir Timothy Granville-Chapman is a former commanding officer and the portrait will hang on the walls of the officer’s mess alongside portraits of previous commanding officers of note.

It was a great honour to be awarded this commission. The General made the decision to have a drawing rather than a painting, as he prefers the informality of drawings.

The drawing is on A2 sized paper.
